AARP Vermont Deals & Discounts
The advantages of being an AARP member just got a lot better. As an AARP member in Vermont you can take advantage of a host of special offers and discounts negotiated with you and your family in mind. Whether it’s a night at the symphony, a UVM hockey game or a day on the slopes there’s something for everyone in this winter’s slate of events.
“For the past five years AARP Vermont has been putting together these offerings for our members and the results have been very positive,” said Dave Reville, associate state director. “Our members find the discounts attractive and enjoy the wide range of activities. The program has been very popular and we welcome any feedback from members or requests for other activities or organizations to approach,” he said. Reville said the partner organizations, most of which are non-profit, have benefited from the exposure and additional ticket sales to AARP members.
Here’s a list of the activities coming up:
- VSO Holiday Pops Concerts in Burlington, Rutland and Barre
- AARP Days of UVM Sports – hockey and basketball
- San Francisco Jazz Collective at the Flynn Center
- First Night Burlington 2012
- AARP Day at Bolton Valley Ski Resort
- Vermont Stage Company productions
A mailing has been sent to AARP members in the communities where events are being held. For more information on the discounts, activities, dates/times and how to get your tickets, click here. Call 802-951-1303 for more information.
