Momentum Building for Complete Streets

Complete Streets Week Events Build Awareness and Momentum for Change

AARP hosted Complete Streets events in Burlington, St. Johnsbury, Rutland, and Brattleboro the week of September 20th. Volunteers hit the streets to assess intersections and sidewalks and identify areas in need of improvement to make walking, biking and driving safer for all generations. More than 40 local and statewide organizations now support Complete Streets legislation. If you couldn't make your local event, check out some of the press clips.
