New Tilley Drive Shuttle Bus

The Tilley Drive Shuttle provides a FREE demand response public transportation connection between the University Mall in South Burlington and the offices at Tilley Drive off Hinesburg Road. The Tilley Drive Shuttle is available Monday through Thursday only and requires a reservation in advance.

Please follow the steps below in order to access the shuttle:

1. Select a Tilley Drive drop-off time and/or a Tilley Drive pick-up time which you can find on the shuttle schedule.

2. Call SSTA at (802) 878-1527 before 5:00 p.m. the day prior to schedule your ride(s) on the Tilley Drive Shuttle. Please be prepared to give the following information:
• The name of the office or doctor at Tilley Drive you are visiting.
• The times you wish to be dropped off and picked up at Tilley Drive.

3. On the day of your Tilley Drive Shuttle trip(s):
• The shuttle will pick you up under the Kohl’s sign at the University Mall. Please look for the SSTA vehicle and arrive at the University Mall at least five minutes in advance of your scheduled pick-up time. If you take the bus to the University Mall, regular bus fares apply.
• At Tilley Drive, the shuttle will pick you up at the office you specified when you made your reservation. Please make sure to wait at the location you identified to SSTA.

4. Please bring a child safety seat: If you are traveling with a child who is eight years old or younger or weighs under 40 pounds, you must provide a car seat for the child to ride in on the shuttle. No child eight years old or younger or under 40 pounds will be transported without a car seat.

5. If you need to cancel your ride on the shuttle, please call SSTA at (802) 878-1527 as soon as possible.
