Weigh in on Burlington's Transportation Future

BURLINGTON TRANSPORTATION PLAN UP FOR PUBLIC COMMENT MAY 11

The Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on the Burlington Transportation Plan at its meeting on Tuesday May 11, 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room #12 of City Hall. This is a multi-modal transportation improvement plan that provides a comprehensive and coordinated list of roadway, transit, bicycle and pedestrian facility, streetscape and land use recommendations for implementation. Once approved by the Planning Commission, the Plan will be sent to City Council for final approval and integration as the new transportation chapter of the Municipal Development Plan. The City Council will be holding two public hearings on the plan before adoption so more public comment will be possible at that time. Click here for more information.
